Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay.

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
